• Real-Time Updates: You’ll receive hourly updates on your child’s condition so you can monitor how they’re doing throughout the session.

• Parental Oversight Options: You're welcome to have a family member present, install a spycam/CCTV for added assurance, or even inform nearby neighbours to help monitor the situation.

Yes, all our carer are trained to care for children from newborns (0 months) up to 12 years old. For newborn care, we highly recommend that parents prepare and share clear guidelines or routines—either before or at the start of the service session. This helps ensure your infant is cared for according to your specific preferences and comfort.

Yes, we can. Our carer are trained to care for children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum. To ensure the best care possible, please include all relevant information—such as your child's specific needs, routines, or triggers—in the booking details. This allows us to match you with a carer who is well-prepared and equipped with appropriate activities and strategies for your child.

Even while your child is sleeping, the carer remains attentive and continues to closely monitor your child to ensure their comfort and safety.

During this time, the carer will also handle light tasks related to your child’s care, such as:

• Cleaning feeding utensils
• Tidying up the play and bath areas
• Folding your child’s clothes

We recommend that you submit your booking at least one (1) week in advance. This allows enough time for carers to apply for your session and for you to review and select the most suitable carer for your child’s needs.

• A rescheduling fee of RM10 applies for any changes made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Rescheduling is not allowed for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Yes, you may cancel a booking on short notice in case of an emergency. However, please note that the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
